Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Premium is digital content, delivered the moment the blockchain confirms your payment. This page explains exactly when a refund is possible and how to ask for one.
14 days, if Premium was never activated
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided Premium has not been activated on any device. When the app unlocks Premium it registers the device with us, so this is something we can verify — signing in to this website does not count as activation. Once Premium has run on a device, the content has been delivered and the purchase is final.
Every request is reviewed
Refunds are not automatic. You submit a request from your account with a reason and the wallet address to refund to; we review it and approve or decline. Approved refunds are sent back in the same cryptocurrency, minus the network fee, to the address you gave. Approving a refund revokes your Premium licence immediately. We may decline requests that abuse this policy.
How to request
Open your account page. Eligible purchases show a “Request refund” button; if a purchase is not eligible, the page tells you why. Add your reason and the wallet address to refund to, then submit. You will see the decision on the same page.
Right of withdrawal
By accepting the Terms of Service and this policy at checkout and placing your order, you expressly request that delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins (EU Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(m); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 37). The 14-day policy above is our own goodwill promise and goes beyond what the law then requires.
If we didn’t deliver, or it doesn’t work
This is separate from the policy above and cannot be signed away. If your payment arrived but Premium never activated, or Premium is defective or not as described, your statutory rights apply: we will fix it or refund you. Contact us with your order and the transaction hash. One thing we genuinely cannot fix: crypto sent to the wrong address or on the wrong network is lost on-chain and nobody — including us — can recover it.
